Our management team is now composed of:

Gilles Manon Gilles Manon is the demand2plan project architect and the company president. Industrial engineer, he leads projects to improve performance for 22 years and has expertise in planning systems (APS) and Business Process Reengineering.

Philippe Vergnet Philippe Vergnet is the demand2plan company general manager. Industrial engineer with an agronomic background (INA-PG), he leads operations on the human side, both in change management and in supporting individuals. He divides his time between Spring Team, which manages a team of coaches and psychologists, and Demand2plan for 12 years. He has worked in consulting for over 20 years, after around fifteen years in the agri-food industry in positions in Supply Chain and Information Systems. He was one of the leaders of the French-speaking SAP user club (USF).
